The GDZ High Speed Motor Spindle researched and developed by our
company has low noise and high accuracy characteristics. It adopts
two-pole to six-pole motor-driven system and the spindle is made by
the nickel chromium molybdenum alloying steels through standard
heat treatment program to reach the requirement of high accuracy
and stability. Depth of parallelism within 0.002mm and
Perpendicularity within 0.002mm are necessary. Balance test should
use the computerized balancer machine to check the precise balance
of spindle with full speed. Assemble and install area’s temperature
is controlled by the thermostatic air conditioner within accurate
fit tolerance. The assemble and install step is adjusted according
to standard correction program when tightening the nut and is
tightened by torque wrench within criterion, which make us not to
correct the spindle by adjust the nut. Our high speed motor spindle
utilizes hydraulic pull weights imported from German to measure the
spindle’s pull accurately. The spindle leaving the factory is

Notes for Use of Motor Spindle:
1, Motor spindle should be compatible with frequency converter. The
specification and parameter setup of frequency converter should
match the rated parameters of spindle. If not, spindle would burn
2, Before using the water-cooled motor spindle, it must be ensured
that the cooling system is working properly and working without
cooling condition is strictly forbidden. Cooling water calculate by
1 liter per kilowatt minute. The minimum flow rate of cooling water
is not less than 5 liters per minute. The cooling water pipe and
the water nozzle connection must be reliable to prevent leakage.
3, In the process of saving and transporting motor spindles, the
high speed grease in the bearings could be changed. So before
using, the spindles should run in low speed for a period time at
first. Running must start from the minimum speed of the spindle and
add speed to differential growth by 3000rpm after 30 minutes. Each
level is run in 20 minutes. If just start using in high speed
without running, abnormal noise and heat would happen then the
using life will be shortened. In the long-term use of the electric
spindle, it should be working(in low speed) at least 15 to 30
minutes within one week.
4, The motor spindle must be preheated before processing every day.
Until reaching the processing speed and running for 15 to 20
minutes, the spindle could start fine finishing. The spindle should
stop 2 hours to prevent mechanical fatigue every day, so as to
prolong the life.
5, The spindle should rotate in the specific direction.
6, Cooling the spindle by water cooling machine should control the
temperature between 22 to 25.
